Volunteers are the beating heart of FurEast. They contribute to many aspects of the convention, including assisting with organization, coordinating events, welcoming and guiding participants, and much more. Volunteers may be involved in various areas or take on specific tasks based on the convention's needs.

At FurEast, the fight against all forms of violence is an absolute priority. The members of the security team and the listening unit are constantly vigilant to ensure that every participant feels safe, but above all, respected in his or her integrity. Their role is not limited to resolving minor incidents. In emergencies, their reassuring presence and rapid intervention are a response to any form of aggression. Their empathy guides their every action, cultivating an environment where kindness and respect reign supreme.

Ensuring the smooth running of events is a shared task among all members of our team. This includes ensuring that events start and end on time, managing audiovisual equipment, assisting panel animators, and ensuring that all participants have a good time.

Participant registration is a crucial step in the convention. The registration team welcomes participants, confirms their registration, provides badges and other convention materials, and answers any questions participants may have. This team plays an essential role in creating a positive and warm first impression for all FurEast participants.
