Rules

I. Compliance with Convention Rules

All participants must adhere to Fureast convention's specific rules, including those for contests, autograph sessions, and any organized activities.

II. Badge Wearing

All participants must wear their identification badge provided upon arrival by the registration team.

Access to convention spaces is restricted to badge holders. Badges must remain in good condition.

The Fureast team cannot be held responsible for any third-party modifications to badge content.

If your badge becomes damaged, participants must notify a Fureast team member immediately.

III. Respect and Tolerance

All participants must treat each other with respect, regardless of origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic.

Any form of discrimination, harassment, or harmful behavior toward others will be strictly prohibited and may result in permanent expulsion.

IV. Appropriate Attire

Participants are encouraged to wear fursuits, but all attire must remain suitable for public spaces and convention areas. Overly revealing or offensive outfits, including NSFW-themed gear/accessories, political/religious references, or pornographic elements, are prohibited.

V. Safety and Hygiene

Participants must ensure their own safety and that of others.

Dangerous or reckless behavior will be penalized. Maintaining high hygiene standards is essential for everyone's well-being.

VI. Venue Respect

Convention/hotel facilities and other participants' personal belongings must be treated respectfully. The Fureast Team cannot be held responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged personal items.

VII. Doorsigns

Doorsigns must not exceed A3 size. Content must be respectful, non-offensive, and free from discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, political, religious, or otherwise discomforting material. Hotel staff and organizers reserve the right to request modifications or removal of doorsigns.

VIII. Alcohol and Drug Consumption

Alcohol is tolerated but prohibited in public/hotel convention spaces. Excessive behavior in these areas will not be tolerated.

Participants must manage alcohol consumption responsibly.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all convention/public spaces.
Smoking is forbidden in convention areas and hotel spaces except in designated smoking zones.

IX. Event Schedule

Participants must adhere to scheduled event times and activities.

X. Personal Responsibility

All attendees must carry valid government-issued ID.

Participants must be 18+ on the event's first day.

Each individual is responsible for their actions. For issues or conflicts, contact a team member for assistance.

XI. Moderation Decisions

Staff decisions are final. To contest a decision, contact the Staff team directly or email [email protected]

XII. Image Rights

By attending, you agree to Fureast's non-commercial use of your image (e.g., group photos).
